Following your recommendation on the Asian squat helped me a lot. Reduced stiffness and increased blood flow.

These stretches are the best for my lower back soreness and stiffness. Although, I have better results with pigeon and the quad stretch while holding my ankle.

Can you show us how to get the same stretch on yoga mat? I currently have a cast on my wrist so I feel safer doing this without standing on one foot.🙏🙏🙏🙏
