@@meadams1558 People consider him a legend cause he is one. If you even know about Ja Rule and his music like that, he's got multiple hits/classic songs and was a heavy spitter when he was with his group Cash Money Click and when he dropped his first album. People stupidly try to clown him for making Pop/R&B records which made him rich and successful. Do people think he was supposed to stay broke and just another good rapper who couldn't make hits and sell albums just to have others say they respect him for not going mainstream and call him underrated. He got rich and had a lot of success off those hits so why do people act like that's a problem or something to diss somebody for. Born in 95 and I would say im a hip hop and music connoisseur as a whole. My older brother, sister, and family put me on everything west coast since I was a kid(grew up on the west side of az with my bro and sis being from cali). Respect the game to the fullest. But since I grew to be my own person in high-school around 09. I started looking into everything else on my own. Proud to say I found out school soul, doo wop, old school rock going from the 50s-90s and everything else in between. When I came across east coast 80-90s rap!!! It was the missing piece in between... the sound, the flow, the culture, and everything else in-between. I was brought into the world that created hip hop as a whole. Been hearing this song for about 7 years now but let me tell you something. You know how crazy it is to hear all these top notch voices in one song!!! Just want to take the time and appreciate the moment. Wu tang and nas changed who I am and how i look and live as a person! Music is peace and everything else in between! Thankful for the old cats and the young guns that represent NY like the should (joey bada$$, pop smoke, A$AP) like it should be! Peace God and hope everyone has a blessed day. WU TANG MF!!! X is one of the few rappers that actually really was a thug criminal. Prison time, hardcore drug use...this dude lived such a fucked up life.

I agree DMX got that “ I wanna kill you in his voice when he raps, no mistaken him but there’s so many others though , too many to count, example , KRS1 Erik B and Rakim , ALL the NWA BRUTHAS, especially EZ (rip) .. DrDre, The DOC, cypress hill, tribe called quest, 2pac , you really can’t say “ when dmx comes on the radio there’s no mistaking his voice, I agree but that goes for half a million other singers of all GENRES, even one hit wonder 50 cent …. Im sorry ( this is my opinion) The only hot track he ever made was “ in da club “ and take a guess who produced it and made all the beats ??? Hmmmmmmm Whenever I hear that song it’s like you gotta leave it on, your hand won’t even move to change it, it just never gets old, HOWEVER, window shopper???? Cmon WTH is that shit!!!!! That isn’t RAP!!!!! I really don’t think if you put 50cent at an open mic club, I’d HOUSE HIM !!!! He was pickin lint outta his ass from his diaper when All the great rap was here…..EPMD, Mobb Deep, Pete Rock and Cl smooth, Poor righteous teachers, Lords of the Underground, Naughty by Nature,Jungle Brothers, and some good one hitters like Pharcyde “ passin me by” Twin hype” Do it to the Crowd” f***k Ja Rule snd that Hick NELLY, that’s was about 2005 after that, the genre they call Rap should be changed to NEW SCHOOL RAP, please please differentiate between RAP AND WHATEVER TF THE CRAP IS OUT THERE NOW …., he came in right when rap was turning into I DONT WHAT!!!!
