7:45 Okey paragraph man here it's explanation here. Robert kiyosaki is the person who knows how to play with rules and how to make wealth. You guys are just watching is debt and you have just seen just a clip where he proudly accepts that he have 1.2 Billion debt. Main reason is if he is in debt he is simply playing with rules and bending them. First advantage of having loans is that a person who has debt don't need to pay taxes on the debt money so it is the only white money where you don't have to pay taxes. He has this huge debt because it is against his properties. His properties are generating him real wealth but he is hiding behind his debt. Imagine can a bank lend someone money who is already broke? He explains himself that there are 2 types of debts. Good and bad. His debt can be catagorized in 1st. He simply created this debt money and made as his own. He is simply playing with system and banks. He is OG in creating money
