Tim Lee and Danny Lee, my favorite brothers from another mother. Tim is the most polite and nicest guy I've seen on KZbin. The description of the fish dish reminds me of a dish I had in Hong Kong a long time ago. It's considered a Shanghainese dish, I think. Deep-fried, smokey, with sweet sauce. I don't think it's easy to cook it, that's why you don't see it around too much in restaurants.
