The best speakers to buy are the ones you fall in love with. The minute you hear it, you’ll just know. Just like I did with my Paradigm Signature S8s. Listened to quite a lot of other so-called high-end speakers, which by the way cost one and a half to twice in price, and the minute I heard the S8 I knew right away I was getting them. 😊Btw. I appreciate your honesty about people on commission.

Focal Stella Utopia EM is not "a $120,000 loudspeaker for $49,000" as it is claimed in the caption, but it is/was only $65,000. It is rather Focal Grande Utopia EM that is priced at $120,000. Please correct the misleading information!

With internet, most of the people is buying speakers without listen them before. So, the comments make difference. It is clear Mr. Kevin looks an old pro and loves Prima Luna pre-amps, amps and integrated stuff and also Focal speakers. A good way to calm down his detractors might be Mr Kevin, on the first case, pick on Amazon an US$ 700.00 YAQIN MC-13S EL34 Integrated Tube AmplifierYaqin and, on the second one, a pair of Klipsch R-28F Reference Floorstanding Speakers and to invite Mr. James and Mr. Raul for a comparison section. The people who follow these discussions might be thankful for that. Thank you Kevin for open your shop for us.

It is a common question to ask ... what is the best speaker to buy within my budget & produce the sound that I like. I have been watching your video & I like Focal Kant’s 2, Magical A3, Tannoy Arden & even Klipsch Cornwall iii. Can you recommend a speaker that I like. I listen to all kind of music, from rock & roll, 60-80 pop songs, Female vocal, big band music, jazz to classical. I want a speaker which can produce a pin point sound stage with enough sensation & feel the impact of base. My budget is 10k. Any recommendations? Thanks

If you believe this Upscale used car salesman, then you deserve to be screwed over. There is a MAJOR improvement and difference between the old obsolete Stella EM (launched way back in 2008) and the new Stella Utopia EVO. The difference is night and day. If there was so 'little difference' between the old model and the newly released EVO model, as Kevin drones on and on in this video, then why did Kevin make such a big deal about his obtaining the NEW EVO model. Kevin is a nice guy but recognize that he is a born used car salesman.

50k for 6 drivers, 2 wood cabinets and some capacitors? meah, i'll pass or make my own diy speakers with top of the line drivers and measured with great microphones/software for the crossover and stuff for a fraction of that price.

Hi i have actually been through there plant and man these high end speakers in the Utopia line are just custom built by craftsman -you can even get the designer to configure to your room at your home -seriously if i suddenly had the cash the Grand EM i would have one in a heartbeat. Yes they make money on them but remember they make everything -no chinese shit in these this is not Apple slave labour company -all people work in a decent (wonderful actually)environment and properly set up they just are fabulous - the cabinets just take ages to make -no way i could make it like that and the paint work etc just amazing -and focal hi end just has a certain sound that is unique Kevin is 100% correct at that price a heck of a deal -these cost more like 20k plus to make
