Hello Yashwanth, I understand what you are trying to convey, and trust me, I really am trying my best to come up with these sessions as fast as I can. I am literally racing against time here, since my other work is taking up most of my time. I am not doing this for subscriptions, I'm doing this just because I genuinely feel there is a lack of quality content on KZbin as regards to UPSC Pub Ad. And that is the sole reason of me undertaking this initiative. I ask you to subscribe so that you do not miss any new uploads and you get notified whenever I upload anything. Also, you can reach out to me at "[e-mail]", just drop an e-mail, and I will surely reply. Be it any silly doubt you have regarding anything, just drop an e-mail, and if it is in my capacity to clarify your question, I will definitely do that. It takes up a lot of time to prepare these slides with all the content, then review them and record the sessions, and then edit the sessions (which takes double the time of recording). Having said that, one thing I can assure you is anything I cover, will be in-depth, and there will no scope of any doubts left (even with respect to interconnection with Indian Administration, as I have already done in Taylor's video: "Relevance" and "Neo-taylorism" section). Also, I ask you to please continue with your normal studies, and not get dependent on just my uploads. Please take my uploads as an add-on to your knowledge. Hello Mr.Ashish Your videos are highly useful in all dimesnions,keep continuing we will support you,However here are my observations with regard to your content and way of explanations,Although your contentwise its good but Interlinking of various concepts to CONTEMPORARY HAPPENINGS in Indian administration as an examples must be incorporated.By the way as u have started Module 2 its highlg essential to interlink between thinkers and also to our Indian administration setup

Hello Yashwanth... Thank you for appreciation and valuable insights. It really means a lot. As per the concern raised by you about interlinking thinkers, I feel I have been doing it in each one of my videos of Module 1. For ex., how NPA and PCA were related to each other, how New Public Service was related to NPM, and in the sessions of Paradigms, I had talked at length of about only one thing: interconnection between different paradigms. Also, in the video 1.6, I had connected Pub Ad with Polity too, via Jurgen Habermas, if you remember As per your concern about connecting it with India, I feel I have dealt with how Taylorism is being practised in India in the slide of "Neo Taylorism"; that slide only deals with the aspect of Taylorism in action today, and I talk about various neo-taylorist practises in India (examples of Indian IT industry and engg college placements). Also, in the slide of "relevance", I have talked about only one thing: How Taylorism can be used in a service economy like India (examples of food industry, cleaning industry, call centres) Having said that, your words really mean a lot to me, and I will take extra care from next time to incorporate these things wherever it is possible. It might so happen that my knowledge might be limited if you still feel that I am not able to interconnect various aspects. I really apologise to you if that is the case. Please let me know what exactly you think I could have done better in this video. I will make sure to incorporate your advice in future sessions.

Dear Yashwanth, bureau shaping and budget maximising are concepts which come under "Public Choice Approach". In the video 1.4 which deals with PCA, I have dealt with these topics in very very detail. (Under the heading "William Niskanen"). William Niskanen is a PCA thinker who gave these terms of 'bureau shaping' and 'budget maximising'. Please go through the video on PCA for further clarity on these terms.
