Aloha and thanks for stopping by. In today's episode we will begin to stabilize and strengthen our deepest center muscles in effort to minimize low back issues. We will explore using our breath and how to activate our transverse abdominis muscle. Then begin training our muscles to keep our pelvis in the most shock absorbing position possible- neutral.
