You had played this before, already knew the puzzles. You did things on the first attempt, without experimenting, and the achievement didn't pop when you got to the secret room.

Achievements pop up as an overlay which you only capture when you do full screen recording. I typically only cap the game so as not to get unwanted events showing up.. such as email notifications etc. Quite frankly, at this stage I don't remember much of what I did back then.

Honestly I can't remember, I assume you hold a button but it should say in keybinds
