This scene was fantastic. The actress who played the girl did AMAZING. You could read every emotion...and that pause and shift of her eyes when Hailey says "Shawn cares about you" was just perfection. The moment she said Shawn and the actress made that face you knew she was jumping. That was fantastic...this episode was amazing,

Hailey knew after the girl jumped that Shawn wasn't as innocent as he seemed to look. She felt that once she said "Shawn" she lost the girl because the girl had already made up her mind to jump.

this reminds me of the Chicago Fire episode where Gallo tried to talk a man out of jumping from the roof of a building, but he jumped anyway. Everyone tried to tell him it wasn't his fault and he did all he could, but he still felt guilty.
