I can’t imagine any big time coach having success at their current program who’s willing to walk away from that success and step into a program that has gone through 3 (fixing to be 4) head coaches in the last 13 years and a school administration that shows no sense of urgency to make things better.

Unfortunately, UF football head coaching job is toxic at this point. UF administration doesn't care for the goose that lays golden eggs. Failed to keep up with investment in the program, late to grasp with NIL, fired a head coach that went to three consecutive New Year's day bowl games and SEC championship game, fired another coach that took them to an SEC championship game... Hired Napier and gave him an unnecessary outrageous contract. No player development. Poor coaching staff. Scores of staffers that are dead wait. The program needs to clear out the administrative people that have been running it into the ground for the last 15 years that hide behind the logo. Right now, Florida football is the dregs of the SEC.
