Mullen is not an elite coach. If he was an elite coach he would be coaching. Kyle Trask should have been the starting QB Day 1 of the Mullen error and instead he started Franks over Trask. If Franks hadn't gotten hurt, we would have never seen how great Trask was.

Lmao no one wants that job. The school/program doesn't command that level of respect anymore, and it's no longer a coveted job. That's why they had to hire a G5 coach, bc no prominent coach wanted the job.
