Yes St.Croix makes great rods but if you look in the video clearly I’m not using a St.Croix it’s our new Haat Rod.

U can go in Milwaukee harbor rn the browns and steelhead are there but won’t be there for much longer the run is almost over with I would not recommend trying on the shore line by Milwaukee you will not catch anything there. My favorite places to fish off Lake Michigan are Port Washington, Milwaukee harbor, Racine harbor, Kenosha harbor, or anywhere on the Milwaukee river with dams you will be sure to get on em

Yea the pier heads and lake can get good then but the rivers only have a few steelhead in them at that time

I definitely prefer loose eggs. But you can scrape the skeins with and get loose eggs that way with small rabbit fence.
