There used to be some of these kind of bird near my place in Simei, but they haven't been seen since a condo was built on the land where they lived. I wonder if they are now an endangered species because of all that condo building...

Those look pretty calm with humans being in a big city but most jungle fowl are wild as can be I used to have a breeding trio they were hard to handle lol

I've never seen these in the wild like this before, they are quite similar to real chickens but they fight differently - it was mainly just a stare down rather then the bloodthirsty battles that fighting cocks go for.
