One of the best things a veteran struggling with PTSD can do, if able to, is getting a job/career even if rated 100%. Having purpose and keeping your mind busy works wonders.

i love how the 1st SGT slipped him a phone on the DL and told him in Spanish to call home because the .mil would f it all up. Something about that made me tear up.
@UrbanValorTV10 ай бұрын
That was indeed a heartwarming gesture from the 1st SGT. It shows the compassion within the military.

Both my parents are vets. My dad actually almost got deployed when 9/11 happened and that was a pretty scary time. They never talk about what they went through and hearing someone tell their story I know they’ve been through shit and this makes me value and appreciate not only my parents but everyone that’s served for literally risking their lives almost every day to keep us safe and the things they go through with the VA not giving a s**t about them is heart breaking. To everyone serving or who has served or is going to, thank you. Thank you all for your service. 🖤🖤🖤

I do my upmost best to take care of my son. I like watching these videos as motivation because you guys gave the ultimate sacrifice for me to act a fool at times. I'm tremendously sorry for your loss and I hope if you read this my words fill your heart with gratitude and such. Again I'm so sorry for your loss I wish I could change it unfortunately I can't. But I can give you encouraging words and hope. Hope goes a long way you have an incredible story and I hope you share it to many many others in hard places. May god have mercy on your friends souls. And on yours and your family. Much love sir. Much respect 🙏 🎉❤

Cocaine literally leaves your system in a day ….especially if you’re a young fit man… The fact that he couldn’t stop doing coke for a day to better the rest of his life is sad.

It takes up to 3 days but I see your point, some people cope with their stress and anxiety with drugs before a combat tour. If you’ve never deployed you wouldn’t understand.
