It is 11th August, 2022 today. Shri Hanfi Saheb, unfortunately, is no more with us. God, perhaps, needed him more! Having versatile knowledge, of all good things, and being a close associate of so many great men of various fields, he emerges from this brilliant and lovely exposition, as one and only of his kind. Besides,He is so humble and, literally suffused with love and respect for the various arts and its performers. One feels deeply grateful to the gentleman who has so gently persuaded him to speak at this length. A small piece of information, personally known, about Late Shri Habib Tanveer may be given here; that he lived close by, at Raipur, and would come to purchase bidis from our shop and also to ask for leave for some bidi-rollers, engaged with us, who would participate in his folk performances, which makes us live by his remembrance!
