You might just need to level up. At level 22 you should be able to play in the events.

@@TMakuboss I'm playing the Steam version which is run by Capcom Taiwan. Their is a global version is run by NebulaJoy and they are running on a different event schedule. I believe currently they have a Recycling Event with Absolute Zero.

@@RockmanHQ No problem! I also learned that there was 1 more in the stage that was missed in the video. Climbing the wall after beating the Mini Boss at 10:23 There's a hidden spot with an Element Metal. Which makes 15 in Total.
