I really appreciate this man’s perspective. It is an interesting counterpoint to the hard right. HOWEVER, the part I can’t get around is, if the Arabs living in Gaza and Judea and Samaria in their heart of hearts believe Jews have no right to be there, refuse to live in peace and have the continual intent at Israel’s destruction how can there be peace without pacification and full dominance?!? They MUST like the Germans and the Japanese accept unconditional defeat. That is how the peace was made. And I don’t mean this current war, I mean 1947, 67, 70s…. it’s over!! If anything October 7th taught people like me thinking a 2 state solution was possible, it’s not. It’s a fantasy!

I disagree that you can deal with the national Palestinian activists. All the Palestinians whom I heard on the media, the ones living in Gaza and West Bank, said that Palestine is all theirs, including what is Israel. The more extreme want the jews to leave and “go back to where they came from”, and the moderates want one state where Muslims and Jews will live peacefully together, which is of course unrealistic at this point. So, no partner unfortunately

That's a falsehood narrative used by Israel to continue oppress and occupy Palestinians. The world, international law,all Arab and Muslim nations and Palestinians all demand 22% of historical Palestine, the totality of the west bank,Gaza and east Jerusalem while Israel has never proposed any alternative towards peace. What's your proposal for ending the conflict and where Israelis and Palestinians get full self determination, rights and security?

I agree. I see the J h8te everywhere online. It's very nasty. Many of the Hamas supporters here in the U.S. blatantly state they would love the destruction of Israel. They really do think it's a genocide in Gaza. My J friend thinks it's a genocide in Gaza. My client thinks it's Israel's own fault. Most people don't know the history very well. I don't either, but I know enough about Jihad to know how evil it is.

@@noragutberg I agree! The irony is that there is one state where Jews and Arabs live peacefully together: Israel
