Urias Explained Resident evil Village - (Resident Evil 8)

In this video we explained the mid Boss monster Urias and his older brother Urias Strajer. Which we cover their origins, how they came to be, and how they compare to the other Lycan Monsters that we see in resident evil village.
we also cover their boss battle with Ethan Winters and Chris redfield, How Mother Miranda Caused them to become they way they are, and how she used the cadou parasites and the experimentation using the megamycete to infect the village.

Ironically, i never used the airstrike against urias strajer, because i focused more on shooting his back and running and i didnt noticed i could use it. I also noticed that the boss will be stunned if u shoot him alot in the back and thus it allows you to air strike him easier

Just as a fun fact: Uriaș [oo-ree-ush] means Giant and Uriaș Străjer[oo-ree-ush stra-jer] means Giant Watcher or Guard. Love your stuff, from Romania. Also at 4:19 Uriaș and the lycans stopped at unison and looked at the same direction. Even we couldn't hear or see anything, they took off without paying any attention to Ethan. Only if you play (or watch the gameplay) the second time, you realize it was because Miranda disguised as the Hag was inspecting the territory. When the boss is coming, you skeddadle.

There is a secret enemy encounter within the game with a giant humanoid known as Urais Drac, which translates to Giant Demon. He looks similar to Urais, though completely lacks hair, which allows us to see his horrifically scarred face, which also has metal plating. He wields an axe with a symbol similar to the Dimitrescu family crest. We actually fight two of them. One within Otto’s Sawmill and the other in the Beneviento’s garden.

The higher difficulty you play, the more monsters there are. I played in Village of Nightmares and noticed harder enemies. Such as: an Armored Lycan spawning with the regular Lycan mob in the Fallow Fields before you get to Luisa. Another Armored Lycan spawning beside the garuanteed one from standard difficulty in the village when you are looking for the red chimney house.

When you go back to Luizas house after defeating Salvatore, you will come across a mini boss and once you kill it you get the achievement ‘Leader of the pack’ that Wolf is the leader of all the wolfs, the Urias brothers are the leaders of the lycans

The Urias fight can be done in one stage if you use the magnum, around 3-4 shots on easy, and 4-5 on normal difficulty (haven't done hard yet)

Seeing as this game seemed to be directly inspired by RE4, I would imagine that Urias was either purpose built as the modern chief Mendez or Dr. Salvador in terms of his role in the gameplay of village. Appearing twice as two brothers but the same basic model being used reminds me of Salvador.

Honestly, I think that Big Cheese Mendez from RE4 Would overcome Urias in battle. Mendez demonstrated much greater agility, being able to swiftly get behind Leon's back several times without even being noticed and despite moving right in his eyesight. In matter of physical strength, I would give Urias slight advantage, but being able to bend thick metal rods as easily as Mendez did before fighting Leon, makes me think he could also wield a hammer of that size as a weapon without much difficulty. The only reason Leon was able to beat him was because he managed to catch him off guard with the explosion, forcing him to transform into a much slower form. All in all, I think the Big Cheese's extreme speed would give him the edge in battle with Urias.*

Urias was able to lift a stone pillar that was like twice (or more) his own size (and he's like 12 feet tall), that would be at minimum 10 tons to a probably 30 tons of weight, he is definitely way stronger than Mendez.
