Play the rpcs3 version. It runs well enough with tiny hiccups here and there but there are no real framedrops in my experience with an i7-6700k (emulator is very cpu heavy and generally my cpu can't handle other games)

Don't sweat the Wallace DLC, he's literally a reskin of Stephen Stills with a rainbow filter applied to his punch effects. I love that game, but Wallace feels like an intern project; you can tell he wasn't made by any of the pixel artists who worked on the base game. :P

I think the movie actually did a pretty good job. Edgar Wright's directing style mixed really really well with the storyline and the aesthetic. I do think it only appeals to a certain demographic (the demographic being teens), which is why it sold so poorly.

I need a detailed review of the comic. Scott Pilgrim as a whole is a fun idea but the story and characters just are not as good as I'd like them to be. Da'kari Brown Oh thank goodness I’m not the only one who disliked the comic! I trudged through the first volume and my god the writing is awful and it caused me to drop the comic all together. For a comic that’s about a guy wanting to kick the 7 Evil Exes asses to get with a girl with a magical backpack, there’s waaaay too much slice-of-life for my liking. When it comes to the art style, I personally think it’s pretty meh but not too bad. That’s why I got help from someone on one of the Discords to help me emulate Scott Pilgrim, and the game is better than the comic imo (I just need to find a way for the controls to be more comfortable for me before I start playing again on PC).

This game was my childhood. I remember sitting in front of my Xbox booting this game up after school with my brother and just going ham on it. The soundtrack to this day gives me flash backs and I can still clearly see every level and every moment from the game. I didn’t know it was so quickly made and now I appreciate it even more. I was hoping you'd mention how a number of people have complained that, even though they'd already paid for the game, they're no longer able to download it. So, if you bought a new console or needed to make space on your hard drive, the game was lost forever. It was a hot topic for a very short time that people who had purchased the game had effectively been robbed by the company that sold it to them, since Ubisoft effectively took it back. Maybe that warrants a discussion that's beyond the scope of the video, though.

Can only speak for PS3. If you purchased the game and unlock key before it was delisted, your PS account has a list of ALL of your purchases and downloads in your account. I had to scroll back through time to find my original downloaded purchase, then redownloaded it again to my PS3. Just did it last night. It's is terribly inelegant, but it *does* work.

I actually used to own this game! My two older brothers played Scott and the guy on the right at 9:06 (Sorry I couldn't remember his name...) and me and my younger brother got left with Ramona and Kim. We had never seen the movie or comic (Still haven't... My bad...) but the game was crazy fun with four of us with Xbox controllers. No one knows where that 360 that held the game is now, but I deeply regret not being able to save it to a hard drive or something! Amazing video as always dude!

This was an amazing blast to the past, man. Scott Pilgrim is a franchise that since 2010 disappear of the world after the final volume of the comic was released. From the game visuals to Anamanaguchi (who I listen since 2012) this video is a proof that Scott it's alive in people's mind yet. Keep the good work, man. Awesome video.

Sweet baby Jesus, this video is stunning in every way. Editing is the obvious standout but man, the info is nothing but gold I was also immediately concerned about crunch the moment I heard of the 5-month dev cycle, that's not good for _any media_ that wasn't intended as part of something like a game jam. And I would comment about stuff, but eh what the hell Just glad it's rightfully back. Pour one out for all the hard work both studios put in and have some fun, like Scott would!

8:03 honestly i have to agree with you there. Both the twins/the5th and 6th xs were really hard to beat. Same goes for Gideons boss battle. Both me and my brother had such a hard time trying to beat the elevator section, beat buff gideon then go through the evil subspace and finally defeat basically god gideon without losing the sword which you do need to beat him. Or else your pretty much screwed. The last part of the stage is pretty easy as long as you get the electric gun thing from those robot girls. Then all you have to get gideon into a corner at the last part

There is another flaw: Atk. At the beginning, it is just way too low and takes a while to kill basic mooks, with no way to improve it without paying off Scott's book loan or finding Wallace the shopkeeper and buying the bionic arm. Both of these are costly.

Now wasn't this cool as fuck! I originally passed up this video, thinking there was better things to do with my time. Boy was I wrong! I understand it's hard making these without getting much back in terms of attention or revenue, but I hope you continue as long as you can, because this is well-written and very entertaining and I enjoyed every second of it.

When I found out that we couldn't get the game anymore, I literally cried. This was my third favorite game on the xbox 360 because I played Serious Sam and Left 4 Dead as well. But this game is one of the best I've played.

It's on the nintendo switch. It was on sale costing 4 euros so I bought it, remembering when I played this game with my cousins on ps3. It's amazing, sad that it's so short
