I will treat you as a new CLS, so the approach to identifying an organism may be like what you are familiar with in your microbiology class. In clinical, we know the source and collection technique and experienced CLS know common pathogenic organisms isolated from the source. Culture shows Staph aureus but urinalysis shows negative leukocytes and negative nitrates..no symptoms whatsoever...please advise
