Hi sir, I performed a doppler on my penis yesterday. Doctor used a niddle to put some drug on my penis, then waited for 5 minutes to begin the diagnostic. PSV 5 min and PSV 20 min were too low (around 20cm/s) however I couldnt have an erection during the test. this because of what you mention to your rest. I didn't relax in front of my doctor. When I got back home I was like a 18 years old, hard erection. Are the PSV results maybe mistaken?

If you are very nervous, it will most likely have an effect on the test result.
