Van Bronhorst goal should’ve never existed, there was foul against Gargano seconds before it happened, it was a clear yellow card, but the referee didn’t saw it. Even the players slow down a bit but as the referee didn’t say anything they kept going. So yeah, a foul can make a clear difference.

Do you know why Suárez had to handball? Watch again that match, look aaaaaall the arbitral "errors" against Uruguay, including the "foul" previous to the handball. Just before Suarez touched the ball existed 2 offside in the same play, but nobody curiously saw that.
