People just weren’t ready for Uryu to have this big of a power creep, but I saw it coming a long time ago from reading the manga. Yhwach would never lose against Senjumaru someone with the same latter as himself should also be able to demolish her. Schrift letter doesn’t always mean higher the letter the higher the power but in Yhwach, Uryu, and Jugram’s letter that’s exactly what it means. Edit: Also to the other guy Uryu killed Mayuri in season 2 lol. It’s just Mayuri has contingency in regenerating his life back if he were to die. His arrows have always been lethal!

The best part about about this fight is that Ishida defies an infamous Bleach trope: AT NO POINT does he explain his Schrift to Senjumaru. And yes, it's obviously to not give an explaination in the anime that doesn't come until much later in the manga, but it's still no less glorious. He just flips the script on Senjumaru, smokes her with a single shot, then walks away without a word. _Excellent._

The sound when Uryu is mid air (not the bells) is weird but satisfying. Wouldn’t know how to describe it, it it sounds peaceful. As if an end was being put to chaos. The antithesis is the reversal of interaction between two targets made possible. Pretty sure the red in Uryus eyes is not the almighty, but the power of antithesis to see into the past and change/alter those interactions, just like the almighty with the future. Kinda like book of the end.

@@octoberboiy Antithesis is "state swap", it's not something that does anything to the persons ability, it just swaps the conditions of two different targets. This can extend from positions to injuries. In Ichigo's case, Uryuu could literally stand still, get cut to ribbons, then swap his injured state with Ichigo and he'd be back to full strength to beat him. It's implied it's only limit is the amount of times he can activate it, as he's never used it more than once per fight, but considering what he can swap it's still OP.

(I’m rooting for the Quincies in case you haven’t noticed).

The thing about the "strongest" characters in the Stern Ritter is that yes they all have captain class reiatsu and power but they arent *that* strong, its usually their schrift's ability that bumps them up too much. Especially antithesis and the balance are insane

Not quite, it's actually something a lot stronger. He's not just swapping positions, he's swapping states, and it's not just between him and a target, it's any two targets he designates. He can also swap states like "grievously injured" and "unharmed" between two targets, so if he's dying he could just uno reverse it onto his enemy. Here he just reversed "trapped by Bankai" with "not trapped" between him and Senjumaru.

I'm still mostly disappointed they all killed them selves over some BS trash talk them being to over powered. Sure this one bankai was a beautiful domain expansion that would make a Michels look like a dollar tree crafts isle but for real they sacrificed the Smith of all zanpakuto. 😅 this one man had the option of throwing out the most ridiculous bankai sword tipped gang bang of all time with any creative ideas and combinations that kubo could have ever dreamed. It could have made 0 squad look way way way to over powered and still have Uryu reverse uno in the end. Ōetsu Nimaiya The God of blades As the creator of the Zanpakutō, he is the foremost authority on its history, construction, and capabilities. He has shown to have many of them just running around doing things for him in physical forms.
