many of these aircraft that we are seeing here, some most likely have been through hell during battles and wars. now to see them here, finally at rest, brings a tear to my eyes. the men and woman whom flew these machines saved our world. i salute you. may god bless you all. thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Just went last weekend. This video truly doesn’t match the feeling you have when you can smell the hangar and the aircraft. If you ever get the chance, visit Dayton Ohio. Talk to the servicemen/women there. Lots of pilots walk around to appreciate these beauties.

The smell. I went here so many times as a kid for vacation when everyone else was going to Disney world or on cruises. This place is just the best, and now Im working towards a career in aviation. It may not be my favorite place for a vacation anymore as an adult, but it absolutely fills a special place in my heart that no other place really can.

I got the chance to visit this museum a few weeks ago. Absolutely mind-boggling for an aviation fan. I spent two full days there, 2x 8 hours, from the moment they opened to the moment they closed, on my feet the whole time, and I still felt like I got to see and experience maybe 40% of what was there. I budgeted two hours per gallery and it was nowhere near enough time. Amazing. Best museum experience ever. 12/10.

This video is amazing. At 46:00, the F-4 Phantoms (Wild Weasels & Photo Recce) that were at our base in Desert Storm. We split Shaikh Isa (I was USAF Security Forces out of Rickenbacker ANGB) with the USMC, and my son served with the Marines 2012-2016. When I pass, I told my son I want him to leave my dog tags on the nose of one of those F-4 Phantoms. My Dad and Grand Dad (he worked there in WWII) took me there to visit all the time when I was young. My Grand Dad told me all about the Memphis Belle, he worked on B-17s. I've been going there my whole life, as I live in Columbus. Amazing place, and an amazing video.

that's incredible! So many views that you'll never get when you walk through the museum! I've been through the museum a handful of times over the last 3 decades, and it's always a bit different. I'm surprised at how much has changed since my 2018 visit. For instance, where is the Douglas X-3?! ...yeah... it's one of my favorites.

I have a huge respect for the brave people that flew these aircrafts in the war. This is Museum also has to be number 1 on my bucket list so far. Also, to think that the history of aviation has come this far, is truly incredible. Many people can look at these planes, such as the b-17 and think nothing of it, but once you know what they have been through, it truly becomes something else Thank you for the ❤️ air show stuff vids! Fantastic video with angles on the aircraft that are impossible for a visitor to get. The only thing I would recommend would be to run the whole video through an exposure balance processor. The museum's infamous dark walls and use of spotlights trick the drone camera into underexposing most of the video, especially the WWI and WWII halls. Everyone who has shot photos in the USAFM knows that it is one of the worst air museums in the world for getting decently lit photos - it was almost impossible before there were high-ISO digital cameras. The drone cam got fooled too, but it may have captured with enough dynamic range to be processed into better exposed video. Thanks for posting this great tour!

Nice video! When visiting another city or country, every educated person must visit a museum. Visiting museums is very useful and fascinating. A love for the "eternal" and "beautiful" is awakened in a person, the beginnings of greatness and respect for history are inculcated. It is impossible to turn the excursion into something banal, ordinary and boring. The person should be a comprehensively developed person, cultured, educated, critically and analytically thinking, with knowledge of foreign languages. It is the knowledge of a foreign language that opens wide prospects for a person to realize his/her creative potential, career and financial growth. I would like to recommend the practical training course by Yuriy Ivantsiv "Polyglot Notes. Practical tips for learning foreign language", where you can find lots of useful information how to learn a foreign language quickly. Learn a foreign language and realize your creative potential on an international scale! The international community needs creative ideas! Thanks to the author of the channel for a very fascinating tour!
