Wont all that dirt from ground, damage these huge planes’ engines who land sand take off on it?

That is why they use turboprops. (Rolls-Royce AE 2100) They are essentially mini jet engines, that are connected to a gearbox, connected to the propellers. These smaller engines have special intake filters which prevents dust from damaging the blades and combustion chamber. FOD and sand is less of a concern to propellers than jet engines.
