Originally they didnt fly 757's into lax it was just a321's but when US Airways merged with American all aircraft became part of American's fleet and it just hasnt been repainted yet. Hoped this helped.

They had flown their 757s in before the merger. I even saw one. And this was still operating as US Airways, not American.
