The USA had better get use to seeing Chinese and Russian warship sailing within 20 miles of there coastline. Both nations have built up adequate forces of the right type to undertake full blue water activities. Just as the USA wants to try and project navel power on others these two new players are returning the favour to let US citizens know they no longer have dominance and are safe by being an ocean away from the conflict.
