@shreyan96545 жыл бұрын

Shreya N i am going for mis, and the seniors at my university are saying that there's a decline in such jobs, while technical roles are blooming. Unless you're very good at the skills you bring to the table, there's a slim chance you'll be hired for analytics roles at good companies.

Being a masters student at TU Delft I completely disagree to the fact that the opportunities are far less in EU compared to the US, especially for mechanical/civil engineering graduates it still has been difficult to find a breakthrough within the US job market, whereas EU provides ample opportunities without strict imigration laws. You simply cannot compare with a person (demos) who has never experienced the education and opportunities of top tier universities in the EU making the argument biased towards the US as a whole . With regards to funding, at least my University has close collaborations with companies offering extensive research opportunities.

I am a master's student studying in Ireland right now and I think European universities are cheaper than US universities as I was earlier going to the US for masters but my visa was rejected. I am currently paying half of what I would have paid if I went to the US so I think in that aspect Europe is much better and also for CS lot of job opportunities

I would say from some experience in the US, many industry driven companies in the US don’t care where you went to school. Many times a degree from a community college or from Purdue for example is the same to companies when looking to hire.
