US Company ‘Badly Trapped’ In The Affair Of Indian Workers

A major U.S. company is in big trouble due to issues involving Indian workers, and now it has to pay compensation. The company in question is Cognizant, a well-known IT services and consulting firm. The problem began when Cognizant was accused of favoring Indian workers over non-Indians, specifically to help them get H-1B work visas.
A U.S. court recently ruled that Cognizant discriminated against non-Indian employees, and now the company has to compensate those who were affected. This case first came to light in 2017 when some employees complained about being treated unfairly when it came to jobs. At that time, no decision was made, but now the court has finally ruled against Cognizant. This ruling is making headlines across the U.S.

There is regional discrimination in India too and it has reached foreign shores also. I worked in a Canada based company where some Indians from Punjab were in crucial management positions apart from whites. Indians from a specific background (not being Punjabis) were fired due to ego issues of that Punjabi manager.

As H1b related frauds of indian companies are getting exposed and blocked in USA, these indians are now trying to flood in as many through student visas. Now the strategy of indians is, come to usa do masters in management then move back to india. indians hire USA educated indians quickly. then these indian get manager jobs in india to gain on paper work experience. Then they enter USA again to now gain green card through eb1 visa. This is exploitation of eb1 visa now by indians. second strategy as a student is to do phd in usa and then again ger eb1 visa to get green card. their dream is to just enter USA and settle. now all that is ok if they bring in value to US soil. But instead most of them are just bringing in their corrupt mindset poor skills and ultimately corruption. hence the whole world needs be very careful, alert and scrutunizing indians before giving visa to make sure only the best ansd brightest with good morals are allowed.

most indians have mob mentality. they are like sleeper cells initially. they will pretend to be the most innocent and good willed when less in number or out numbered. they strategically infiltrate systems till they have enough in numbers to band together and start the mob mentality again. then they activate their corruption, band together, gang up and quickly eradicate everyone from the system and make it 100% themselves in it. hardly 2% indians are good people with strong morals to do just. most of them are just corrupt as hell. they need to be vetted carefully and good ones to be allowed in any country. else its all systems toppling down in indian corruption.

I am Indian, faced this discrimination in Indian companies and for a Canada based company too, which had local Indians (migrated mostly from Punjab) and whites. It was Indians who discriminated against me and some others for not being of their region. Ofcourse, they do it indirectly and they play with people's stomachs. Even casteism is prevalent. I half believe the Cisco case.
