US Highway 2 around Glacier National Park: to East Glacier Dashcam

US-2 starts in my home state of Michigan. It was located in my neighborhood. Actually, the beginning is right after you cross the Mackinac Bridge that seperates Michigan's 2 peninsula( the Upper Penninsula).

If you stop at the big gravel turn out on the left about half way around the park (at 9:30) you may get lucky ---> and see a grizzly bear foraging for food on the hillside. Its a huge open hillside/meadow. Look close, get the binoculars out, have a little patience and you may just see one sitting on his rump digging through a rotting log.

That turnout there is a rather good trainspotting location more, as it's where you catch freight trains finishing their ascent of Marias Pass from the east or west.

Cool video. I have several dash cams and non of them have an option to continually record. Most I could do is 10 minute clips. How long did this drive take you?

I don't remember exactly. Google maps puts it at about 90 minutes, and I'd say that's pretty close. And I don't use a dashcam, I use timelapse cameras made by Brinno, which can run all day :)
