@TheTruth-13
@TheTruth-13 5 ай бұрын
I wouldn’t call that mind muscle connection. The mind is spread throughout the body through the nervous system, there is no need to build a muscle connection. That increases tension. The less you use your muscles during exercises the stronger your mind becomes. Which is why the body builders have much larger bodies but not as much strength as the marines. They’re focusing on activating their muscles more than activating their minds.

Jesus Christ saved my life he can save yours to. No body is perfect we all have sinned fallen short of the glory of God, except Jesus Christ. So he was the perfect sacrifice for the world and he became that sacrifice. So that we can be perfect in God’s eyes all we need to do is. Repent from our sinful wicked ways and surrender our life’s to him. Jesus Christ. Repent meaning acknowledge and forsake your sins. Know you have sinned and know you are not good in God’s eyes. (Until you accept his gift of salvation. You will be seen perfect in his eyes because Jesus Christ paid the price.)Forsake meaning do not sin. (You may stumble but just rely on the Lord he’s got you in Jesus name.) We have to be clean and filled with the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ said we must be born again of the spirit to enter The Kingdom of Heaven. (John 3:3) ! God bless you all. I love you all may you all find Jesus Christ as your Lord Savior . There are at least two things wrong here. 1: with the bench pressing the body builder barely went up, while the marine pushed the bar all the way up. 2: with the push-ups, the marine did tricep push-ups, arms next to his side, amazing form, while the body builder did bicep push-ups, angles away from the chest. Tricep push-ups are harder than bicep push-ups.

I was in the USMC from 1963-1970. In recruit training, we were all fairly lean and in good shape. We had a lot of high school athletes in our platoons, football players, wrestlers, runners, and only a couple guys in my platoon were overweight, but strong. The DI’s got the two of them to lose weight, beside calisthenics, their food plates were kept modest. But one thing is true….most of us were smokers 1-2 packs a day. Only a small number of cigarette smokers in my platoon. We could smoke most of boot camp, only rarely the DI would let us have a “smoking circle.” As soon as we graduated, we all went to the PX to buy cartons of cigarettes, most liked Marlboro. We could smoke at Geiger, during infantry training. Smoking did affect our running endurance after awhile, even though we were young, tough, and fit. Went through Vietnam in 1967-68, smoked about 3 packs a day. Most Marines were smokers, deprive us of some things, but not cigarettes and coffee!! I smoked until I. Keft the Corps, end of service enlistment, 1970. As for fitness, I think smoking is not good, looking back, this addiction doesn’t help you perform at your best. Semper Fi

The one exception of this rule is the bench press guy. It’s much harder to do a half rep and to repeat than to push it all the way up. You’re significantly stronger with arms fully extended than when you’re at the bottom. The guy was knocking out those half reps for a better work out and is far more challenging in that position.

That Mateo guy is a different kind of animal for making 500lbs look easy for a deadlift! Was not expecting that at all. Also in his pushup contest he kept the correct form. His opponent in that challenge should've been called out for his lazy pushups. He didn't even go all the way down and his hand positioning was wrong. But I'll still give the credit to both the bodybuilders and marines they all did their thing very fun video to watch 💯

How can you tell he is unfamiliar with or or he is super familiar with it in an incorrect way :D ? He is a body builder/fitness maniac. Everyone who trains and is so ripped and big is at least somewhat familiar with one of the most basic exercise like ad deadlift. Also he was very sure of himself on the weight increases. In my gym even hobbyist girls do deadlifts with better form. Statistically speaking, chances are he is doing deadlifts it is just him being uneducated and never learned how to use KZbin to check how to do it properly. Also likely taking supplements and other enhancers which compensate for bad form in terms of muscle development and progress. I will just give him credit, that he indeed has strength, but also considering his size and ripeness and time he spends training it is to be expected.
