Pushups (Or rather the muscles they exercise) aren't all that useful for an obstacle course like this, pullups and squats, on the other hand, are essential. But you could probably run this with the same time they got only being able to do 10 pushups as long as you've conditioned everything else.

As a former Marine I knew the outcome before it started. We live, eat and shit physical agility obstacles. Running 8 miles around flight lines 3 times every week was routine. Nice job to both women and thank you both for your service. But I can see you’re one of those people who don’t respect a persons decision to join the military whether it’s because they can’t afford college or not. And actually, the only people who are even eligible for “free” education are those in active duty. Yet ask how many of them actually have time to get a degree while being active duty. And even the fact that a person would have the bravery to join the military full knowing the mental and physical conditions they suffer (mind you regardless if they see “combat” or not) is more commendable than anything else. I’m not here to argue, and frankly don’t want to. But I hope you can see my point and respect all of those in the military.

This should be how the PFA is completed. This proves so much more as far as fitness is concerned. Push ups, sit ups and 1 1/2 mile run isn’t really proving anything. When I served as a Seabee, our PT was designed for real life scenarios.
