This is incredible! I went to the the first 3 days of the US Open last week and saw Hamilton on Broadway my last night in NYC. Saw all 3 of them play while I was there! 🥰

@@jealjimomusic2874 I know why you feel that way. I have my degree in Opera from a very prestigious University it is an opera in the sense all of the dialogue is sung. But the style of the music is that of a musical. Conversely there are a few operas that have spoken dialogue. But in this sense particularly to Hamilton it is a musical. And it certainly is not a play, as that term is referred to productions that have absolutely no music. Those are called straight plays
