I'm just going to comment as a stranger, wouldn't it be better for Arisa to work for JTB (Japan Tourism Bureau). You speak excellent English, you're Japanese and I'm pretty sure you will be a great asset to their company. I understand this is only part-time but working but aren't their rates crappy? Also, I'm going to point out the obvious but Arisa is very attractive. She can go into sales easily. In short, try sales jobs, Japanese companies in Malaysia or JTB. That's what I would do in your position.
