US university rankings based on Return on Investment!

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but as far as I understand, this ranking is exclusively based on statistics collected for undergraduate students, e.g. the average grant aid (that is a major factor in the ROI calculation) is the federal/university aid that the undergraduates receive and doesn't include financial aid received by grad students. Also, this ranking doesn't account for research output. So, while this ranking may be helpful for those planning to pursue UG education in the US, this is definitely not for those applying to grad schools.
