Can Someone extend H1B, frequent changing employees. Because of Criminal cases is going on in india. Court order not complied by H1B holder. Suppression of Facts in front of H1B Employer.. Consulate General of India also locating him but not trace yet

Hey! Informative video! One concern, post appointment booking if i create new DS-160 form with updated detail for both H1 and H4. This will not create any issue with Visa processing as my appointment confirmation letter will be having old DS-160 barcode/no. for both H1 and dependent and this appointment letter gets checked on both bio-metric and interview day. Also, do I need to change the DS-160 no. in my USdoctravel website profile also but then it only shows for H1 not for H4 so how both will get updated? Appreciate your help!

Hey Parth, quick question, how long did it take for USCIS to review your case from the date of petitioning? Been waiting for roughly 56-57ish days, but its still in review. I'm in the process of applying for an EAD too, just as a backup. I start my job around the 3rd of October, so I'm hoping at least one of those come through in time. Thanks for the videos btw, help tremendously!
