Once a Nigerian citizen obtains the B2 tourist visa and wants to come again to the United States for the second time the following year, they can just book a flight and come over without having to show any evidence again?

The tourist visa permit stays for up to 6 months. You should be able to explain at border control why your trip will last 5 months.

Why would you want to submit a document when it is not requested? No one will collect it from you. If you plan to travel, then you already know the purpose. Carry the documents with you incase they request to sight it during your interview. US visa interviews don’t last long enough for such activities.

If they require your bank statements, they will specifically request for it. If you must take one with you, then allow yourself to build your bank record over a period of 6months and then you can present the bank statements along with your pay slip.

Hello. Complete the DS-160 form. That is all you need to do. Any other relevant document will depend on whatever position or information you supply in your application form. E.g (1) of you’re invited by a contact in the US, then you may want to present an invitation letter. (2) if you are attending a conference, then you may want to present documents showing you applied and paid for the conference. (3) If you are a tourist, you need to have a valid hotel reservation. Note that you may or may not be required to present any documents during your interview unless clarification is required regarding any information you supplied in your application form.

Dear friend, we are still awaiting on Embassy interview, cause we have notes on our NVC, That all the required documentation has been received and completed on 23, September 2021, The question is. my self and my wife we got a bad argument and now we decide to divorce, cause we are not going to live together anymore, what steps do I have to take as the Petitioner (US citizen) to stop the NVC from scheduling the appointment for my wife, Or how I can handle the situations Please let me know

A US visitor visa would be appropriate. Granting visa applications is strictly at the discretion of the interviewing officer. To improve your chances, you must show that (i) you have genuine intentions and would return home after your visit, and (ii) that you would not rely on public funds while abroad.
