Yo, I work for Shack Shake in the US and i just want to point out two things. 1.) the fries that the US guy had were way underportioned. Should be at least double that. 2.) the grilled cheese sandwiches are not supposed to be that flat. Just a thing to keep to in mind about videos like these, sometimes chain restaurants aren't super consistent across every location whether it be geographical error, human error, or anything in-between.
