Iran responded in a very balanced way by using its old drones and missiles to do little damage. If Israel once again celebrates aggression, it will definitely be excluded from the world community. Iran will be a far more attractive partner for the USA in the Persian Arab region than Israel. Israel will have to accept this, unless it wants to risk an Iran-Israel war, which would also mean the end of Israel. A paradigm shift is currently taking place and that is encouraging. But what we need now is the UN's irrevocable recognition of the Palestinian state so that the Palestinian population can live in security, self-determination and freedom

to call this ischemic attempt by israel, though more likely it was from the bases of its allies in the persian gulf, a "military strike" is an insult to the concept of a military strike. it was more like sending few mosquitoes to be instantaneously blown up into non-existence by the iranian air defense systems. compare this attempt of israel towards iran to the real military strike by iran on israel on 4/13. despite israel and the whole world being informed hours ahead, the iranian missiles took out, and turned them into moonscapes, the israeli military base in the negev desert as well as the air field used by f-35s to bomb the iranian embassy in syria.

Iran would have been satisfied with a UNSC condemnation of Israel's attack on its consulate, but until Iran had retaliated meaning, it was Israel's 'go' you couldn't get a 'Western' leader to even acknowledge that Iran had a right to self-defence. As for the story that Israel has agreed not to start a war between the US and Iran (yes, that's who Israel sees fighting Iran, not Israel.), in return for being 'allowed' to carry out the next stage of it's genocide in Gaza by invading Rafah, leading to almost immediate starvation across Gaza; I have never felt so sick at anything in my life, and I am not a young man.
