Sarasota has had concrete berms since at least the 90s. If you want a fast track, that's what you need.

@@stustockwell Orlando has dirt berms and it's an extremely fast track.Supercross would never put asphalt berms on their tracks,call me old school but imo I like the dirt berms way better 🤷

I’ve never raced but hit pump tracks and plan to race next year, so do you have enough speed to clear the jumps without much bunny hop effort or do you need to really jump to clear this kind of stuff?

Depends on the rider and the jump! I can hit most jumps on most tracks with hardly any bunny hop effort

You’re awesome for replying man! Where do you primarily race? East coast, west central or south? Im done this year due to hitting a jump at the pump track to fast over shooting it into a turn and sprained wrist. Sad but next year! Honestly what brand and possibly model do you recommend for 5’9? I was looking into a chase pro xxl but it’s 710$ before build (prefer a pro build), any other recommendations on bikes? Won’t run clips on flats per bmxusa rules.
