Bolt has the most amazing top speed that I've ever seen, it's unfathomable. Watching this guy run is poetry in motion, definitely the best sprinter of all time. Most of the record holders have been busted for abusing illegal enhancing substances, not Bolt; I'll give him the benefit of the doubt unless he does. If he really is all natural, that just makes him even more incredible.

The clock is hand-timed : add ~0.24 seconds for the proper electronic time. An expert hand-timer will clock this race at 18.95 seconds. You can do this yourself, if you like.
