Did you use any peptides for healing like PBC 157 or TB500 ? I’m 2 weeks post op distal bicep reattachment Just started doing lower body and working upper body good side only hoping to retain some muscle.

Hey Andy, anything wrong with spreading your KSC Texas Method over two weeks (1 week volume, 1 week intensity)? School and other factors are pushing me towards this but I still want to give the KSC Texas method a go. Thank you sir!

Tanks for posting, but folks should know this is very aggressive and not for everyone. Not all surgeons will recommend starting to lift this early and with heavy weights. It takes one wrong move, juggling and managing the weights to screw up and rip he bicep tendon. Waiting some weeks and listen to your surgeon and PT.

Of course. You may not need as much protein if not training as hard, but I'd still keep protein intake moderately high just for maintenance. Work with someone qualified, but at 6 weeks Post Op is when I started back with some very light training.
