YES! Absolutely, one of the best ever, and I know Neil Peart would have cried his eyes out at your clear understanding of what he meant with this song! As a former US Army Senior NCO, I was always impressed with you guys, but now that I am no longer in uniform, I find myself nearly in tears with your skill and deep understanding of the songs you cover and the great respect you pay to those we always protected! Love you guys! Will love you forever! Perishing's Own! Death waits in the dark! NSDQ!

Seriously? I mean really, how does a military cover band protect our freedoms and protect our lives? Seriously, I’d like to know. None of this translates to the role of our United States military. Are they talented? Yes. Very much so. But why are my tax dollars paying for this? If you say it’s a necessary part of our military, let me ask you this: Would you be okay with a police department taking our taxpayer funded police officers off the streets and assigning them to play in a band full time? Hell no you wouldn’t. Or what about taking sanitation workers off the routes and assigning them to full time entertainment duties? Or firemen. Or street workers? Absolutely not. So why the hell is it acceptable for our taxpayer funded military to so? Things like this are exactly why government spending is out of control.
@arch-jp6tf4 жыл бұрын
@@tntkop Well our job is also to be humanitarian. It is our job not just to keep fellow Americans safe but also to make them feel safe and make them happy. Especially in uncertain times everyone needs a good morale boost. Not just for civilians but also fellow servicemen. Also music is uniting. In other countries we share our music and they share theirs and we all smile and have a good time together. It's a sign of peace to other countries when tensions are high. Our military isn't just for killing. Its for making the world a better place and what better way to do that then music?

I like how in somebody to love they changed “he works hard” to “she works hard”. I was singing along in my head and it caught me off guard

C JJ - What is truly amazing is that just FOUR guys, all musical geniuses, wrote and performed all of those songs and so many more and didn't need a choir and orchestra to do it.

To me, that’s what made Queen unique. No two songs sounded alike. It was as if every song was sung by a different band.

If it wasnt the armies and marines.Thanks a lot for your amazing voices. Thanks. May God protect use where ever you are and your families. Quite impeccable. Love from New Zealand.

I wish it were possible to find every freedom loving person on earth and invite them to join our American family. So many born here have no idea what our nation stands for. Those who oppose the bad things that people do, blame America for allowing it. America allows people to think for themselves and stand against evil as individuals. Our government is passive, so our people will not be. Our government does not feed us, so we can feed ourselves.
