No she could not. When the House brought up all the aid packages particularly the one to fund Israel to finish off Hamas, the riots broke out. When it was approved and up to Schumer in the Senate, then riots broke out again in New York City where Schumer lives and in front of his house. Then Schumer responded by moving the bill for a vote that day instead of more quibbling over bill language and back and forth with the House. Then the Senate approved it and it went to Biden to sign, so more riots spread. Then Biden signed it. Three waves of violence to stop the legislation from passing. From the River to the Sea exterminating Israel was based on Hamas, which is going away, so the riots will continue. Essentially the pro-Hamas Democrats will be thrown out of the Democrat party.
