Analyze data in Microsoft Excel will provide you with immediate insights about your data. It uses artificial intelligence to quickly create summary reports and high-level visualizations. You can even directly ask it questions about your data using "normal" conversational language. Analyze data, is the new artificial intelligence feature built into Excel. It does a really good job in analyzing your data and giving you a summary.
Analyze data/Ideas feature is available in Excel for Office 365.
Simply click a cell inside your data range, and then click the Ideas button on the Home tab. Ideas in Excel will analyze your data, and return interesting visuals about it in a separate task pane.
Save time and narrow down your Ideas by selecting only the fields you want to see. You can also provide feedback about which fields are helpful to you and which are not. This way the system learns and will present fewer, more targeted suggestions in the future.

Powerpoint has a similar function. Works mostly for slides where you have not added additional shapes and textbooks to the standard slides (i.e. those defined in your master slides). I especially like the icons they add based on the text you wrote. Perhaps worth exploring in a next video?

Regarding printing: I got a table that fits in a single page when printed. The table has titles in the top row. When choosing a value from the top left filter in the top row of the table, the dependent array below the filter gets filtered accordingly, and so the whole table now has less rows than when it's unfiltered. What's the VBA code to automatically select the first value from the filter, and automatically print on paper the filtered table; then select the second value from the filter, and automatically print on paper the filtered table; and so forth until you have finished printing on paper all available values from the filter? I have previously had a play with this and it's pretty cool. One thing i would say is that it's a useful for people who aren't Excel savvy or use to creating pivot tables etc...one thing that would be cool is if you could inbed the ideas question box into a Excel dashboard. But, I am currently struggling with Google sheet online in which I am trying to create a protection in the enter sheet only those cells and columns that has a specific word, so in a nutshell, I want to make automatic protection based on conditional. For instance, I have a data entry in which the team leaders fill it and I have a column to approve them, if I said yes then automatically lock these cells for them, and if it was no then leave it as it is. Thanks in advance. I have searched a lot but didn't find anything like this.

Indeed, the feature is excellent and so is your presentation with ease. But I have a query, despite I have office 365 subscribed on monthly basis, I am not able to "Ask a question..." as a feature. IDEAS function is working but natural language engine does not exist. I made sure my excel version is up to date. Edit: I see others are also raising the same question. Should I take this way, it will be available even for monthly subscriber, not immediately ?
