My goal is just to get rid of the stuff in my refrigerator . Have no idea why I have so many jars of pickles and jellies/jams in the refrigerator... LOL. But then it will be replaced with those in the pantry. And its harder now that we are empty nesters. Have a great night... till next time❤😊

My bagels boil in sugar water and my pretzels boil in baking soda. Weird but I always have to double check because I forget each time. Our favorite bagel has cinnamon and sugar rolled inside. Those cheese ones look yummy. I have pumpkin our to make bread today too. I have to make tortillas and enchiladas too. Maybe I will make some more bagels. Yum! I always have a longer list then I have energy or tome too.

Random corn on the cob in the fridge?! ha ha! You don't waste anything! Brings back a memory of when I taught preschool. A little girl would come to school with a big ol corn on the cob to eat for her snack. She ate it cold. Have you ever seen that Instagram post of the little boy who loves corn? Great job on the PJ sets! I LOVE me some great PJ's! I don't wear ones with spaghetti straps though.

Girl, you got a lot done in my opinion. Cleaning out the frig is the worst, I never know what I’ll find. Things always get pushed to the back under the draw, lol. Have you ever tried a Food Saver Machine? We bought one like 2 yrs ago and when we come home from shopping always shrink wrap out meats, this saves it from the ice crystals. Just a suggestion. Yeah, I had one (not that brand) and it broke. I didn’t care about replacing it because I didn’t love it. We rotate through things fast enough I don’t think it’s worth it in my opinion.

Hey tamara have you ever thought about using a vacuum sealer for your freezer, it was a game changer for me , ive so much more room now! Also bags for the vacuum sealer are a similar price to freezer bags, its helps protect against freezer burn also. Maybe you have used it before and didnt like it, hope you dont mind me suggesting it. I just found them amazing for space in the freezer.

That’s how they get their chewy texture & crust ❤️ you can use sugar/honey if you want it sweet. I just like using baking soda. More baking soda you add more crust/chewy texture you get. I add more baking soda if I’m making pretzels.

When you freeze stuff, fill your sink up with water and dip it. It will act like a food saver. Squeezes the air out!

So I tried bagels today but I used my usual bread recipe which isn't too far off from yours, it's just Amish white bread recipe, very basic. But mine turned out very flat like they fell, and the bottoms were all soggy. Any tips?

If I did then it would take away from them and they wouldn’t get credit. It’s a lot of work to create and build blog post. It’s not right to take that from someone else.
