Dr. Monte demonstrates how he likes to use a Kinesio Taping technique to improve the posture of his patients. You will learn the pro tips he uses every day in the clinic.
This Kinesiology Tape method helps to cue you to maintain an upright posture everytime you want to go into poor posture.
Poor posture can lead to neck, back, or shoulder pain. It causes shoulder impingement and can lead to damage of the tendons of the rotator cuff.
Use this along with some of the other recommended exercises and stretches from our other videos to avoid pain and injury.

Voici quelques étapes simples pour comprendre la vidéo en français : 1. Vérifiez les sous-titres : recherchez le bouton CC (sous-titres) sur le lecteur vidéo. Si disponible, sélectionnez Français pour les sous-titres. 2. Utiliser la traduction automatique : Si les sous-titres ne sont pas disponibles en français, utilisez les paramètres (icône d'engrenage) pour activer la traduction automatique en français. 3. Rechercher des résumés : Si aucune des deux options ne fonctionne, essayez de trouver des résumés ou des analyses de la vidéo en français en ligne. #GeekedRehab #TapeGeeks
