I just ordered some. And I hope it helps. I don't know if I've ever bene exactly low energy. But for many decades I had depression and apathy. There was definitely a lack of motivation and perseverance. I feel better since I changed my diet. I eliminated carbs, seed oils, and processed foods. I now mainly eat nutrient-dense animal foods. Despite the improvements, I have some lingering effects from before.

Have you tried taking it? Have you noticed any improvements? Please share. I just ordered some and I’m anxiously awaiting it’s arrival.

@@tiffanyhoward9935 - I can't say I've noticed any overly dramatic effects. The one thing is that I manage better without caffeine and my mind seems clear. But it's otherwise subtle, at least so far. Maybe this will change as it builds up in my system.

@@MarmaladeINFP Thank you for replying. I’ve been doing a lot of studying and searching. While searching, I stumbled across suggestions for improving the quality of sleep. I tried a few things and I believe better sleep does help.

@@tiffanyhoward9935 - I breathe through my nose while awake. It's a practice I started doing many years ago. I do it even while jogging. But I find I often wake up mouth breathing. I'm going to get some tape for the purpose of teaching my body to breathe through my nose while sleeping. My friend and I were just talking about it this morning.

If a surgeon gives this to you, it means the anaesthesia was neuro toxic, permanent damage to the hypothalamus, pituitary, thyroid, adrenals, etc. Sulbutiamine does not fix anything. Your symptoms will get worse and progress to another form of disease. Mitochondrial dysfunction. What works, is creatine. At the cost of cramps.

Thank you so much! Please can you answer my question. I did a lot of reading on sulbutiamine. Most of the people taking it, report that it stops working after a week or so. Even after cycling they report it helped for 1 period very good, and after that never again. Do you know why this happens? What can I do to prevent it? Is it possible that you get difficient in something else maybe and that is why it stops working? Or something else? I really am in need for something to help my cf. but am at the end of my search, I tried so much. Nothing helps.
