4- 2- 2 -2 is really bad. The middle of the field becomes a nomansland and the defense gets scatterd. The worst formation i have used so far.

That is like the best formation in the game. It has good defense, amazing counter attacks and there is always someone to pass to. You are just bad at using 4-2-2-2.
