Instagram says on their new advice tab, if explore is use and ig branded words like explore or reels as a hashtag, they will decrease your reach. Other experts have backed this up too.

So rule 1: only 3 hashtags. Rule 2: use 10 hastags. Rule 3: use 5-6 hashtags. Rule 4: use 1 to 2 hashtags. These 4 rules all conflict with each other as far as I can tell. Huh?
